Shipping policy

Free curbside delivery in the continental US. Every order ships free to the 48 contiguous states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the United States.

How vanities and tubs arrive. Large items ship by freight carrier on a pallet and are delivered curbside — to the end of your driveway or the building entrance, not inside. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window; someone 18 or older must be present to sign.

Inspect before you sign. Check the packaging and, where you can, the item itself before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage — even a dented corner — on the receipt and photograph it. Damage noted on the receipt is straightforward to replace; damage reported afterwards without a note is much harder to claim with the carrier.

Smaller items (mirrors, faucets, accessories) ship by ground parcel with tracking.

Tracking. You receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Freight carriers contact you directly to arrange delivery.
